How do I choose the right tool or bundle?
Start with your task requirements. Compare features, included tools, access methods and usage limits. Contact support if you need help deciding before purchasing.
Orders & Payments
Which payment methods can I use?
The available payment methods (such as Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Crypto) and account details are shown at checkout. Follow the displayed instructions and attach your transaction receipt.
How do I upload my payment screenshot?
Choose your payment method at checkout, enter your transaction reference and attach a clear JPG, PNG or PDF screenshot receipt.
Does uploading a screenshot confirm my payment?
No. Uploading a screenshot submits your payment proof for review. Your order remains pending until payment is verified.
Where can I check my order status?
Sign in and open your Customer Dashboard to view orders and subscriptions. The order page shows your live payment verification and access delivery status.
Tool Access & Memberships
How do I access my purchased tools?
Once your order is approved, go to My Tools in your dashboard. Click "View Access Details" to see your login credentials and 1-2-3 setup timeline.
Where can I open my member panel?
If you purchased a Group Buy bundle, click "Memberships" in your customer dashboard sidebar or select "Open Member Panel" to launch all included bundle tools with 1-click.
Which tools are included in my bundle?
Each bundle package lists all included tools transparently before purchase and inside your Member Panel. You can view individual status badges for each tool.
Are there usage or device limits?
Limits depend on the plan selected. Individual tools provide dedicated or shared access as stated, while bundles are governed by fair usage policies.

How do I reset my password?
Use "Forgot Password" on the login page or update your password anytime under Profile & Security in your customer workspace.
What happens when my membership expires?
Tool access automatically pauses on the expiry date shown on your access card. You can easily click "Renew Plan" before expiry to retain continuous access.
